The room was dirty as were the hallways and parking are. When I complained at the front desk that the fridge was broken and that I was a diabetic and have gastroparesis and had booked the room with the fridge in mind I was met with open hostility and no concern.

I didn’t have the breakfast, however, they did have many patrons when I walked past, and it smelled good. Room was average. Bathroom hadn’t been upgraded and smelled a bit musty. Bed was comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean.

We normally stay at another hotel in Logan when we come down. They were fully booked so we took a chance on a much more expensive option with Baymont By Wyndham Logan. We normally stay at a cabin or the Sleep Inn. Upon arrival we felt just from the parking lot we were going to be disappointed, seemed run down and not updated. Don't know how to explain it, just not as nice as less expensive options in the area. Hotel desk clerk was pleasant and courteous. No problems with check-in. Room was very dated. Instead of a nice table and chair there was metal patio furniture in our room with several coats of black paint I assume to cover the rust, wish I had taken a picture. The desk had a wobbly & partially broken chair in it. The AC/heater unit was very noisy & made it difficult to sleep. Either be too hot or cold or try to sleep through the noise. Bed was decent, room was fairly clean, everything just seemed dated. We booked for 2 nights as we had business in town for the weekend. We concluded our business Saturday evening after 10PM and instead of suffering through another night with the loud HVAC and the room itself we decided to just pack our things and drive home that night. Needing updates is fine but it should be reflected in the price. No way should this hotel be charging $550 for a weekend in it's current condition. We normally can book a weekend at Sleep Inn for $300-$350 and it is much newer/nicer than this hotel. Will definitely not be staying again

It was awful. Holes in wall,edges of tables wore out, top of night stand peeling off. 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels. Fridge with no freezer.NO ELEVATORS AT ALL. Beds were uncomfortable. Piaid $169 for 1 nightmare. It was not on the absolute worse condition of any hotel that I had ever seen

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The coffee was terribly watery even for hotel coffee and the cheap styrofoam cups with ill fitting lids cause disastrous messes and burn hazards. It makes no sense that a hotel this size has no water dispenser even at breakfast. The staff was nice enough. Pool was a comfortable temp. FYI no elevator.

This hotel is conveniently located, but it's definitely older. I somehow ended up with a handicap room, and it was close to the exit, which was nice. They didn't pay a lot of attention to the toiletries that they put in the room; there were 2 bottles of conditioner but no shampoo. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, but they did have coffee and hot water by the front desk. I couldn't get the television to work at all. The hours for breakfast were too early for me, so I didn't get to try that. I did use the pool; the hours for that were nice long. It's small, but it's nice. I did find it expensive for what it was.

Great room very spacious and comfortable, loved the hot tub and balcony access to the pool area. Would definitely get this room again. Breakfast was small but still cozy feeling. Workers nice and courteous.

The front desk was not very friendly or knowledgeable at check in. The TV in the room did not work well and was too low. The handle on the bathroom sink was stripped. The shower was old. There were no luggage stands. Breakfast was not good, the eggs were bad and the biscuits were heavy and dense. the cooks seemed to try and were the only staff that spoke to us.

We chose this hotel because of the hot tub in the pool picture. After a day of hiking, I was looking forward to the hot tub. Unfortunately, they filled it in. The rooms were ok, bathroom was old. Pillows shouldn't be called pillows. The hot water came and went while we showered. We only stayed one night and weren't looking for luxury but my son commented that our house is better than the hotel.

The property was nice. The no elevator issue was difficult as my husband has knee issues. the parking was limited I felt. The maid service no one spoke good English and I ask for my room to be serviced only to come back and find it was not. They aid yes, but they had no idea what I was asking for. The breakfast was empty.

The common areas of the hotel were fine. Sadly, the room itself was incredibly, overwhelmingly musty and damp - to the point that I could hardly stand to be in it. Couldn't sleep due to the stench. Staff was apologetic, but couldn't/wouldn't do anything to make it right (did offer to switch to another room, but that one was equally as bad). We were several hours from home, so leaving that night and heading home wasn't really an option. This room should NOT be offered for guests, as it's truly a health hazard. :( The complimentary breakfast was good, and the eating area was clean and comfortable. That's about the only redeeming aspect of this experience.

Good shops and food choices. Bed was clean and confortable. Room was moldy smelling. There was mold and mildew on the walls and ceiling. Air conditioner ran cold but was so loud we couldnt sleep. Refrigerator was the same. The light fixture in the bathroom was full of dead bugs. Only stayed one night instead of two because of all the issues.
