Terrible experience. No soap or towels in the room. Room next door had children who screamed, cried hit the connecting doors until 1 am!! Did call front desk but they did nothing.

I was unable to check in, even when I had paid in full in advance. They requested a deposit (normal) IN CASH (absolute not normal). Alternatives like Euros or my passport the lady did not exept at the reception. So paid in full but still no room. Avoid this place.

While my ratings reflect my experience, I want to first say the bed was comfortable and the A/C was very good, which is my minimum requirement. When I pulled in, all the vehicles were pickup trucks, which hinted at low cost rooms for contractors, so I had realistic expectations. It's an old property in disrepair and the room was bare minimum. The tv didn't function, the flooring and walls showed exposed concrete in places, the trim between the bathroom and living area was gone and the gap was full of debris. To be fair, you get what you pay for and it was bare minimum acceptable. I needed a place to sleep and I got it. The woman was nice enough, but insisted on a cash deposit of $30...from behind a glass barrier, a hint at the neighborhood. That said, I did get my deposit back, although the next morning the gentleman produced the wrong receipt for my room number. It was from the previous guy who demanded a refund. Bottom line, keep your expectations low and accept it for what it is and you'll be ok. It's best for tradesmen trying to keep costs down while on a job, or like me, a guy just needing a comfy bed with A/C for a few hours sleep while traveling.

The staff was very friendly. The building should be demolished. The bathroom door handles completely missing, just a hole where they used to be, the tub and shower worked, but the tub drain held in place by tape, the tile on the walls pulling away. the sheets appeared clean, but full of burn holes and stains. the floor not vacuumed at all, food trash behind the bed. This was the only option available at our last minute health related travel delay. The hotel's deposit of $30/room was a surprise. This property, and possibly hotel chain is now at the top of my - DO NOT list.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I could not get a refund back so unfortunatley I had to stay there but the room was disgusting,you could not lock the door,the sheets had stains on them,there was crap on the ceiling,there were holes in the door and wall that someone punched,and the staff was absolutley rude!! I came in to pay and had a card and he asked if I had cash and when I said no sir I don't instead of just asking nicely he demanded I go to the gas station and pull cash then when giving my change back he threw it at me!!The next moring when I went to check out his wife looked at me like how dare you wake me up to check out!!

It was terrible because there were things broken stains on the floor nothing to use like no coffee makers just about no tp. And every morning the cleaning lady would wake us up and walk in the door. And everyone was loud so I was unable to sleep. And not to mention the door was broken there was a huge hole on the bottom no extra blankets or pillows

The tub was nasty and looked like the enamel was worn off. The sheets were stained with what looked like grease and blood. There was no way we were going to use the tub or sleep in those sheets so we didn't even stay there. I booked a room at another hotel and stayed in the other hotel. I will never book another OYO hotel room

That took me back. I had to fill out a generic sales slip, made sure to include my price of stay and the $10 The room condition wasn't great. Microwave was dirty and the rotating tray was mia. Holes in carpet, fridge wasn't very cold, and the bedding had makeup smears on them. The fire detector was gone, the hairdryer was gone. Provided 2 bars of soap and a small lotion sample. Had a few plastic cups...no coffee machine and the large ice maker outside didn't work. They are too cheap to update the cards in the direct TV boxes so only local channels available and they were hard to get in. Won't stay again. Won't let me upload photos.

The heater popped the socket and wouldn't work, I asked for another room and was told they would come change the outlet. But I had to wait for the property manager to arrive to unlock the tools. He never showed it was raining and cold and I spent almost two hours on the phone with hotels.com trying to get another room. It never happened and the manager never showed

This hotel was horrible! The walls were dirty and had multiple stains and bad patch work all over. The bathroom and shower curtains were dirty, the tiles were cracked, the carpet was dirty and had multiple stains. The window had a big crack, the door to the room was misaligned and kept getting stuck. The A/C would not cool down the room enough. There was no microwave oven or refrigerator. No rod in the “closet” to hang clothes. The TV did not work. The swimming pool was drained and dirty. The people at the front desk were rude and wouldn’t bring me fresh towels to the room when I called, they told me I had to come down and pick them up myself, then when I got there they gave me a hard time asking why did I need more towels when there were already towels in the room.
