My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!

In town from Tuscaloosa and booked a last minute stay to go to Nashville Zoo! The front desk person that checked me in was so nice and professional! The person that checked in before me was giving her a hard time and spoke so rude to her. He kept throwing up the fact he was a diamond member or whatever the frequent stay members are called. I felt terrible as she was visibly upset by the rude behavior of this hotel guest but she calmly maintained her composure and professionalism through it all. I will say,
the room was clean and one of the most comfortable beds! Upon checking out, I let the manager know that the front desk person was a great employee and excellent representative of this hotel!
