    ⭐️⭐️ 2/5 Unfortunately, this hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. My room was not clean upon arrival. The mattresses had an old smell, the shower was visibly dirty, and the floors appeared neither swept nor mopped. There was also no hand soap provided. The dishes provided for the extended stay were not clean, and there was no dish soap or dishwasher available, which raises questions about how the dishes are being properly cleaned. The biggest safety concern was that the door lock did not properly lock, which left me feeling very vulnerable. I was only comfortable because I was traveling with my service animal. The pool also appeared to need cleaning, with bugs in the water. Housekeeping was specifically requested during my stay, and despite notifying the front desk, my room was not serviced. The breakfast was disappointing as well. The eggs and meat were poor quality, with yogurt being about the only thing I found worthwhile. On the positive side, two young female employees were very polite and pleasant, and I appreciated their kindness. Unfortunately, other staff interactions felt less welcoming, and housekeeping did not seem particularly attentive. The property itself could also use a substantial exterior and interior update. For the price being charged, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained property. Overall, it's not the absolute worst hotel I've stayed in, but there are too many basic cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and service issues for me to recommend it at its current price. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.

    There’s a lot of hotels with a price close to this but with better service and utilities. The A/C was horrible kept making knocking noises at night. The breakfast is very basic eggs and waffle. No tea I wouldn’t recommend staying there. And you have to ask for cleaning a day before instead of hanging a paper on the door to inform housekeeping.

    I would recommend this hotel if you are not too picking on the following: Breakfast was scares. Sunday, guest were away because there were no refill on the eggs or biscuits. Also the internet is not that great for streaming from internet. The rate was great and I have no complaints on that. so if you're not expecting these things, the room is great!

    humidity by being thrown out for having 8 children in my room. Also being charged 50$ for a pet fee even through I never had a pet .A SUITE BEDROOM WITH 2 DOUBLE QUEEN BED an A PULLOUT SOFA
