Love it

The bubble was nice and comfortable. Great experience having access to all area with the pools. Family friendly place and food was great.

It has access to tennis’s courts, various pools with slides and great food. But property is very large and you need a car to get from bubble to restaurants. Did a lot of room service as I did not have a car.

Let me start off by saying we thought we purchased a stay at Santa Fe Club but we found out that that was not the case what we bought was a stay at Sosua ocean village about 15/20 minute walk from Santa Fe Club. Please make sure you read how this resort is set up because Expedia doesn’t explain that at all. It was a huge surprise to us. After stopping at Santa Fe Club and being told NO you’re not staying here your at Sosua ocean village we got back in the cab. Once we get to SOV to check in that took about 30 mins way too long at this point we were exhausted also travelled with a sick toddler. At reception the girl say do you have a car we say no she laughs and says how to you plan no getting to your room? I look at my husband and say what does she mean isn’t the room here? So at the point we found out that the room was 16/18 minutes away by car about 30 mins away walking. I tell her we don’t have a car and none of this was said on Expedia. She calls her manager and they decide they will do us the “FAVOR” and gives us a ride to the room. After an hour at check in we finally get to our room Laguna 2. Once there the girl shows us around and tells us about the water system. The room was huge with 3 king size beds, small balcony, huge bathroom with his and hers sinks a standup shower and toilet. It had a small sofa with two side tables, small closet attached to 5 drawers, a small fridge and a small storage area and a safe. It was nice at first sight.
