The hotel was fantastic, massive rooms. Inside a lovely large building in the middle of town. Excellent location and very safe. Great views with really nice staff. Highly recommend it for a few nights before or after safari

Unfortunately, my stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel was very disappointing. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely tried to help, but the hotel itself fell far below expectations.
The room’s AC, ventilation, and heating were malfunctioning, leaving the room freezing cold. After waiting nearly four hours to be moved because the hotel’s WiFi and systems were down, the new room also had no heating. The WiFi only worked for the first hour or so before going down and remained unavailable until checkout. There was also a water leak in the bathroom, and room service had very limited, overpriced food options while outside delivery wasn’t allowed.
For the price charged, this hotel is highly overrated. Despite the excellent staff, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
