I spent one night at Hotel Leon d’Oro and had a great stay! Location-wise, it was a 10-minute, flat walk from the train station, where you can catch a direct shuttle to the airport. The room was spacious and had everything you needed, including great AC, a comfortable bed, lots of bathroom amenities, and complimentary water. The complimentary breakfast was also a highlight, with an abundance of options and wonderful food. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk to the amphitheater and the heart of Verona, making it a great location for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It’s about 15-20mins walk to the old town area which is fine for me. Spacious room and breakfast was well presented. Staff very friendly like most Italians

Had a good time only a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes in to verona hotel was lovely

The rooms are very old . Old design bathroom , bathtub is too high and shower head doesn’t work only hand shower . Old carpet on the hallway . AC is too loud . I had to turn it off at night and open the window . Good breakfast and staff at the breakfast were nice .
