For the past 4 years Sonesta is our home for a month. The 1 bedroom suite has a comfortable bed plus we enjoy the living space and kitchen. We make good use of the laundry area, gym , pool, hot tub and bbqs. These areas are well maintained thanks to the staff. Shout out to Theresa, Hector and Tania. These staff members are to be commended for their excellent customer service. The entire staff at Sonesta work hard to ensure a safe and comfortable home away from home.

I booked this stay weeks before my arrival date. I requested an early check in as well as a 1 bedroom suite. When I arrive they tell me I can't check in early, which was going to have me waiting 4 hours for an early check in time. So I asked if I couldn't check in early why in my reservation did it allow me to put down arrival time and room accommodations. I have stayed here several times before and it was never an issue . So I did leave and call the manager. She allowed me to Check in, why it took her making a call to the front desk idk, and told me to go back to the hotel and check in. So I did they then at this time wanted to charge me an early checkin fee.. so I said ok. I had just worked an 12 hour shift and just wanted to sleep. Once I get to the check In process they proceed to tell me they don't have a suite available that in order to be able to check in early I'd have to take a regular room. They would not refund me the difference of the room price. My stay was a 4 night stay. The pool was being worked on so the pool and hot tub was closed. They do not offer breakfast services there only a small store/shop area. For the deposit I had to pay plus the hassle of the check in and not getting what I paid for? I will not be stayin here ever again. I'll spend a few extra dollars and take my business to a facility that shows a little more appreciation for out of town workers coming to serve their city. Very disappointed with this stay overall.
