Room is outdated. The bathrooms need remodeling and blankets have stains. However it is quite at night and walkable to the metro and bus stop. Very convenient location. Staff are great, too.

Positive:
Huge Family Room: Actually two rooms combined, very spacious.
Two Full Toilets: Very convenient for a family.
Balcony: A nice addition to the room.
Lovely Design: Rooms had an appealing aesthetic.
Quiet at Night: Despite proximity to the market, the area is quiet in the evening.
Negative:
Poor Wear and Tear: Noticeable damage in the rooms.
E.g. Broken Shower Heads and Broken Shower Door(Replaced with an inconvenient plastic curtain)
Expensive Laundry: Laundry service cost $50 per use.
No Nearby Amenities: 10 mins to restaurants immediately surrounding the hotel.
However with the price tag, it is ok.
