These people seemed all nice and willing to work with you well apparently not couldn't wait for my husband to arrive to pay our nightly rent and when he left for work
. The head manager/owner said you have no booking and I panic. Call him at work give the owner/ manager the booking number and return to my room with my kids and a knock at my door we are to leave now ... im so upset and barge in my room before im packed saying you pay 100 dollar for burn hole in blanket . Or I call cops . Speechless I'm like I have no idea how it happened so I'm like really throw my kids and I out in breezy cold weather. Took my cellphone. I could not communicate with anyone else except other nice people staying there . So we waited outside in cold 12 until 8pm . So on top of it his paying customers were coming I need to vacate ...oooh man I have never been more madd in my life . Extremely rude sexist men run

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is a little hard to locate . Signage is poor! It's hidden among several other buildings in a shopping center that offered a good variety of shopping options.
The staff was not all that friendly. Also I was charged a "refundable " $50 damage deposit that was not mentioned on the booking site! Will have to see if it's credited back to my bank account soon.
