    The hotel sign is a bit subtle and not easy to find. Room is new, clean and comfortable.

    The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station. The distance itself is not far, but it can be quite tiring when walking with luggage. The layout of the double room is not very practical. There was not enough space to fully open two suitcases at the same time. Also, there was no shelf, hook, or any other place to put clothes inside the shower area. We therefore had to change clothes in front of the sink. A tall mirror provided some visual separation from the bedroom area, but it was not a fully enclosed changing area and therefore offered limited privacy. We stayed in two double rooms as a group of four. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a noticeable damp, moldy smell coming from the shower area. We reported this to the hotel on the night we arrived, and a staff member came to check. However, the staff said they could not smell anything unusual and told us that they could not arrange a room change that day. The only solution offered was to spray some deodorizer, although this only provided limited relief from the odor. The furnishings and interior decoration are relatively new, which was a positive aspect of our stay. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to the room layout, ventilation, and cleanliness of the shower areas, and improve how such issues are handled in the future.
