    Needed a place for one night, and this place worked fine. Nothing fancy. Food was bland, but it was a good price. Overall pretty good.

    I received exceptional customer service from the Resisdence Inn West Palm Beach. I had a trip planned to visit my daughter but had to cancel at the last minute due to an emergent circumstance. Alex and the Front Desk staff were beyond helpful in getting my reservation canceled & with all the details involved in doing so! Note: I was also referred by a friend to stay there & she had a great review as well!

    Checking in was easy,the staff was welcoming.. the breakfast menu was awesome… location only 5min away from Rapids waterpark dinner to Twin peeks was 7 min away n to riviera beach was about 10 min away… will definitely come back.

    It was a good and nic3 stay. Clean room and leanne front desk was excellent. And the lady who serves breakfast was nice also. Great location close to everything.
