    Too many problems to list. After dragging my bag up and down a flight of stair for the third time (key didn't work first one, no AC in the next two), it became laughable with with the other guest who were either complaining or wanting another room or a refund. At one time the were no less than 10 people at the front desk...and it was 11:00 pm!!! Could call the front desk with complaints because the phone had no cord attatched to it! Finally got settled in and went to shower...NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO! My first review ever and im 70 years old. Even the clerk behind the desk, which seemed to be doing the best with what he had, suggested to everyone complaining "Ya'll shoulda read the reviews". Lol!
