    The staff are lovely and parking plus location near to Riccarton mall is a plus but the property is in need of some improvement. There are several signs of wear and tear that are beyond what I would expect. I don’t think I would stay here again. The kitchenette however was great and they had pretty much everything you’d need to use like an electric fry pan. Disappointing that the access room had a microwave above as a wheelchair user would not be able to reach this and the turn into the door was tricky to navigate when using my chair.

    The room is alright, there's some spider web around the corner of the ceiling but still acceptable as most area in the room are clean. When we arrived, we really need the laundry facility and when we use the old washing machine and drier, we encounter into problem as it's not a commercial capacity washing machine and drier. The result: we accidentally broke their drier and after speaking with ***the manager, we finally settled with $50 fixing cost which we still find fair as we are committed to take responsibility for our mistakes. Overall, *** is still a nice guy and I appreciate the way he try to communicate all the issues that we previously encountered. Thanks, ***
