I had a very good stay at NH Collection Bogotá Royal Teleport. The location near Parque de la 93 was very convenient, with many restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the staff was always polite and helpful throughout the stay.
Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. The hotel facilities are well maintained, and the service met expectations for a business and leisure trip.

The hotels location was a plus as it is located in a very good safe neighborhood with restaurants, parks, stores. Etc.
In general the property is OK but requires maintenance especially in the carpets between the rooms that are full of stains.
The main entrance to the building looks unfinished and very slippery When it rains.
We had to request room cleaning as they didn't provide all bathroom supplies everyday.
The breakfast in general is OK but could be better if it had varied Colombian options. The worst part was lack of attention as used plates piled up on the tables.
Sometimes restaurant staff wasn't available especially to assist seniors in need.
