    Love staying here as its downtown and easy access to all things necessary. The space is cute and clean and its a great value.

    I was really impressed with the location's access to State Street as it has an entrance directly to the street and is perhaps 2 or 3 blocks from Paseo Nuevo, the Art Museum, and Lokum where I know I can get amazing coffee, tea, and the nearby Indian cafe. Hotel Santa Barbara took really good care of me. Their elevator was out and they offered a full refund, and instead of my standard queen room they upgraded me to a king suite, which was huge with automatic window shades and environmental controls. I really liked it! The elevator was really unique and its aesthetic was truly a relic and artifact of the entire properties sincere and authentic appeal. Every part of the stay was upscale, and I liked being involved with the staff and their efforts to make Santa Barbara beautiful and true. This is possibly the best way to experience Santa Barbara!

    Location is great but maybe to great that people are literally party next to the hotel. We got assigned to 414 and all the 13 and 14 rooms are on the street. Pubs are playing extremely loud music plus people are yelling and singing at pubs. There is no way anyone can sleep with the noise. I paid more than 300+ a night and the room is really small as well.
