    While the room wasn't ready until around 4pm, staff were helpful and looked after my bags. There was a nor'easter blowing, so my photo isn't great but the Riverview from my room was spectacular and everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back, hopefully in better weather and talk the river walk.

    I had a water view room and it was great. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. The gentleman that checked me in was wonderful. Friendly. Knowledgeable about the area. I ate dinner and breakfast on the deck.

    3-night stay. Late (8/29, 12:15am) flight into Boston. Late check in was no problem. The gentlemen at the desk was very helpful and kind. Later, in the morning, there was a problem with the shower. The young lady at the front desk (I didn’t get her name) could not have been more kind, attentive, and proactive while resolving the issue and ensuring that I was satisfied and comfortable during the remainder of my stay. Huge Kudos to the front desk staff!! I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Boston.

    The stay was fine overall, but no housekeeping service was provided during my 4-day stay unless requested. It would be better if this policy was made clear in advance.
