The room smelled damp when we arrived but overlooked that part. Went to bed and wheh we woke up there were ants all over the nightstand. Talked to front desk they said they would send someone. We left for a tournament so I can't confirm if they actually did or not. Saw a couple of ants when we returned and even more through the night. Over night staff didn't seem to care or be bothered by it.

Climate was ok AC ok and staff helpful when asked. Did not explore the breakfast Community areas of the motel needed sprucing up. Entry doors were worn out and needed refinishing. It was the most comfortable bed and pillows we have had in a long time and gave us a sound nights rest

For the price it was great. The hotel was clean and the room. The beds was awesome. I am glad the had a chair I could relax in. Customer service was excellent. It’s an order hotel but I would definitely stay there again

The indoor pool was nice., the hot tub it was not hot at all, her room had ants, but they were happy to move us to a different room. Overall, it is an older hotel which was just fine and the staff were exceptional. Definitely needs to be updated!!!

Quality inn was the perfect place to stay for a couple of days while we were near town for our grandsons birthday! It was clean with very comfortable beds. The staff were great, very professional, helpful and kind. The internet was excellent. We had no complaints whatsoever!

Our room smelled musty and the a/c didn’t work very well. When we got up and I opened the curtains, there was mold all over the curtains! I’m very allergic to mold so we basically left early in the morning to get out of there. Went to check out, because I was going to tell them about the curtains, but no one was at the desk and no one came.

We reserved the property because they are listed as pet friendly. They are not. They are dog friendly, to some dogs, and deny a cat. We were turned away at 10.30pm. There is nothing in reservation action about the pet, only adults, kids, bed type, and date of stay. We did get a refund.

Seemed to have a large number of younger working men staying there, judging from the number of pickup trucks and men I saw at breakfast, which made me wonder if some large industrial or construction project was occuring in the area. The guests I met were polite and I never felt unsafe. The room was very clean although the outside of the doors were scuffed. Breakfast was so-so but okay for the price. A good bargain.

We thank the property managers for allowing us to stay. They changed their policies on pets and no longer allow cats. We had just stayed 10 days before at same location. Quality inn central reservations also told us that they do allow them. Need to ensure that central reservations has the right information.

The bathroom door would not shut - it would scrap on the floor and would have to be lifted up to get it anywhere close to closing - bad

Was super dirty. Tub didn’t hold water , hot tub was really dirty with a really strong chemical smell and pool was broken. Food on the floor in pool area since we checked in , I told them and never got cleaned up . Bedding was visibly dirty . I cleaned the rim of the hot tub (tag in pics)
