    Travelled from Australia and lucky enough to find this hotel. Our plan was to stay a couple of nights however we stayed the whole duration of our trip. The place was so clean , convenient to everything and the staff were absolutely amazing. Matias the concierge made our stay by arranging everything that we wanted to do, including Transport , tours and recommendations for day trips as we didn’t want to change hotels. Food is fantastic in the restaurant. Rooms are very spacious , comfortable and clean. English is brilliant making any communication with all hotel staff easy! Would always stay here if in Santiago
