Everything was great: shower pressure and heat were excellent, bed was good (we always like firmer mattresses but this was fine), staff, breakfast. The reason it's not 5 stars is that the hot tub was not working (and had not been for a bit) and there was no notice of through Booking or hotel messages about that. And we chose this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub.

Staff was exceptional. They were so accommodating and sincere. It was during a stressful time for me and I greatly appreciated their assistance and kindness.
