There was no hair dryer. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was blah at best. My wife walked on the carpet noticed her feet had gotten filthy from the carpet. The carpet felt funny probably from the dirt. So we didn’t walk barefoot. The outer front entrance needs attention paint and steam cleaning of the concrete or whatever it was. The towel bar by the sink had at least two different paint spray colors Most of the staff was nice and helpful. The people who checked us in and out were helpful. I asked the front desk person who checked us in about a hair dryer she went to the store room and nothing. She was wonderful. I asked Friday morning about the exhaust fan the guy at the desk said he didn’t know because no one had asked before. He turned and said his only job was to check people in as he walked away. We checked out Saturday and realized when we got to the car we forgot something in the room. The lady at the counter gave me a key to get the pillow.

Was there because of bad weather back home for 3 days. Neat and clean room. Excellent front seat staff. Housekeeping wasn’t very friendly, didn’t clean our room until 4:00 PM. After I ask for them to come clean.

Staff was very polite but the room was dirty, bed sheets had holes, used soap with hair in tub, elevator broken, moldy smell in room, bed frame broken, and just plain dirty.

Wow. The amount of things I could say that were wrong with this hotel. Cockroaches, screaming/fighting customers, dirty floors, dirty linen, gross all around. Don’t walk barefoot or in socks on the carpet unless you want them to be stained black. Also don’t let free breakfast fool you. The only thing I felt safe eating was the bananas and they only had them on our last day staying there. We had to stay here bc NYE everything was booked but honestly I wish I would have slept in my car if I wasn’t worried about being robbed in their parking lot. Just don’t stay here. You will regret it. Also elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor so that was fun. The elevator also had an outdated inspection. The smell of this place should be your first sign. Might be growing Marijuana there too or the customer base.

Staff was very friendly, no complains at all on that aspect, but property was very disappointing. Entrance doors were very dirty, elevator as well. First room given, tv was not working and didn’t have a phone in it, next room didn’t have a coffee maker, an Iron board, no fridge and the curtains were broken, not being able to close them.

The staff was excellent. Gave me good recommendations for dinner to be delivered. The breakfast options i enjoyed. Does more than just coffee and a bagel. The location is the reason why I gave an ok rating. Thankfully it just a tri rail train going by and not a freight train. The mattress in the room needs to be replaced. The life of the mattress is beyond up. Like sleeping on springs

The whole hotel was run down, the AC smelled terrible, the paint was peeling and the drapes had holes in them. There were roaches in the bathtub. I left the hotel after a short time and did not stay.

The bathtub drain was clogged. Took them two days to clear. Bathroom renovations looked cheap. Tiles had no grout around some areas in the shower. The paint job also looked rushed and cheap. But I like the hotel and often stay there. Whoever is over seeing the renovations need to do a better job. The staff are usually pleasant. Other than that my stay was fine.

Only one elevator which is really slow and broken my last day. Hall has furniture outside. They say no smoking but I could Smell cigarette and pot smoke 3 of 5 nights- nothing happens. Seems like at night there is one person on duty. One morning there was no internet for several hours because they had not rebooted the server.

The second floor and room smelled very unpleasant! The hotel is very run down!!! Rust in bathroom around the floor, the shower. Walking up the stairs to the 2nd floor(elevator broken) was dirty, peeling paint and dark! No hot water…only slightly warm! Very, very disappointing for a Best Western! The place needs a lot of help! The reception people ere great!

The entire property is under remodel. There are boxes eveywhere, in the lobby, outside and in all the hallways. I reserved a king room and got 2 doubles. The room was so hot and turning down the air took hours. Its was a mess all the way around. Thank goodness i only needed it for 1 night.
