Hot tub broken. Gym broken. Conflicting check out times posted. Room not ready at 3pm check in time. And if you arrive at 2:58 to check in, they will make you wait until 3pm or charge you an early check in fee

This is our staple hotel if using park sleep fly. It’s not the ritz but certainly very nice setup and excellent location for flying out DFW. Just make sure your flight doesn’t say “Dallas” though, otherwise you’ll find yourself scrambling for an uber ride to stupid Love airport.

I called the hotel for airport pick up today March 30 from 8pm to 10pm and i told the lady that i was in terminal D1 courtesy van area but she keeps on telling me that i have to do down for pick up. I told her that that was the lowest ground level for pick up but she kept insisting. I even asked the airport staff while she was on the phone was but she still said i have to go down. That lady was so inconsiderate and wanted to cancel my hotel because that is the main reason why booked them because i wanted a pick from the hotel to the airport.
