Excellent hotel with service minded staff on all positions. Shuttle service to ski slopes is very convenient and always Quick and available. Felt like living next to the slopes. Food very good as was the pool area (even if can become busy). Room clean and functional. Would highly recommend for families, couples without kids might find it too busy with a lot of kids. But hotel is big and more quiet areas can be found.

We did not get to try the wellness features as there was wine and amazing food to distract. The next morning there were beautiful views of the Dolomites. Would certainly stay when through this region again.
