Staff was helpful, and very nice, explained all rules and terms, rooms were very clean and housekeeping showed up daily to check to see if anything was neeeded.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and I found the staff very helpful.
When you stay at a "lower priced" hotel, you usually expect something wrong. Not here. The rooms were clean without carpet or floor marks. The beds felt safe and clean. All of the amenities were just as clean as if I were home.
I requested a "quiet room" but the whole place seemed safe and quiet and it was a weekend in November. There was no one loitering or hanging around smoking or ogling people. No one in the office asked inappropriate questions. And they handled the keys with proper secrecy (ie not saying the room aloud) even when I was the only person in the area and checking in.
The female staff member who checked me in was so polite and friendly. I was exhausted and she cheered me up. She smiled sincerely and made excellent eye contact. She was never intrusive.
There is a wonderful family-owned Chinese restaurant right next door with excellent food and fair prices. The service was great!
My only complaint with this property- there is no fridge and no microwave in the rooms. The coffee packets were not good unless you are a coffee junkie who will drink anything.
I would stay here again.
