    Good location near some tram stops and nice cafes. Room was also very clean. Would be nice if there was a water machine on each floor

    We had a lovely stay at Mama Shelter Prague. We had a large twin room, which is two twin beds. After the first night, I mentioned to the front desk that the air conditioning does not seem to be working. We were moved to another room on a higher floor. Our room faced the direction of the shopping mall. Rooms facing the street had a nice view of the buildings across the street. Front desk staff, restaurant staff, house keeping were friendly and very helpful. I liked the location . It is just a short tram ride to the city centre. Downloading the PID app to ride the tram was very useful. Mama shelter Prague is next to a shopping mall with a grocery store and a food court. There are many boutique shops, cafés, restaurants and bars all within walking distance of the hotel. The Mama Shelter Prague has a nice lobby where people can gather for a pool game or a foosball game that can accommodate 8 players. The Flock Project were performing their aerial acrobatics show on the outside wall of the hotel during the evenings while we were there. The only complain is that the guest rooms' self-closing door slams VERY loudly. It would be ideal to have a mechanism that does the same thing but a gentle close.

    No hot water to be provided in the room. Have to collect from the restaurant and bar but the machine was broken one of the days during my stay.
