Room not ready when arrived to check in. Downgraded to a double room from a triple ad only one available. Not sure what happened to the one that wasn't ready. Room intolerabley hot, chocolate melted within 30 mins. Wasvifferdvan extra fan tongo with the antiquated one already supplied. If yiu ran bothbyou could not hear the tv. Had to prop door open to corridor to let some heat out/coolercair kn but obviuosly not very private. Room not clean, crumbs on table, surfaces and very dusty. Sausage and bacon and breakfast dud not appear cooked through. Kept expecting Basil Fawlty or some such character to appear but the manager was unavailable on the first night. Was booked for two nights, but checked out after 1. The duty manager, which checked me out in the morning told me to complain through Expedia, but I didn't use them to book!?

My room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days my shower did not work my tv did not work my tv remote did not work my shower curtain was filthy. Check in was slower then the M25 motorway they had one man doing receptionist and waiter and bar tender it was like a comedy sketch whilst I waited 55 mins for my dinner order to be taken.

I stayed for one night just as a half way point. All of the staff I spoke to were lovely. The room and the hotel had everything I needed. I was happy with my choice and enjoyed my stay

Many things either missing or of low quality. Needs complete update to be in the 21st century.
Cleanliness sadly lacking in bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
Beds very uncomfortable and bed linen badly worn.
No vodka in the bar and no salmon on the breakfast.
Curtains mouldy. TV not Smart. No lifts. Calling it coffee is not accurate.
However the WIFI was decent throughout. Staff friendly and helpful.
