My 3 daughters and I stayed one night here on a road trip. We had a suite which was not connected to the main hotel but in a quaint, hidden lot. The area was well lit and felt safe enough. The single beds were a bit uncomfortable with a hard bar across the center. The bathrooms were nice and clean with nice a shower and large tub. Check-in was quick and easy, and the desk staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the website states there is on-site laundry facilities but we were told that is false. When we asked about nearby services, we were told “I’m not from this area, so I don’t know.” (Wouldn’t be a big deal normally but we were in the middle of a driving trip and needed to do some wash.) Overall our stay was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay! The gardens are beautiful, and it was the perfect spot for a staycation with our blind Maltese (who gets around in a stroller). What truly blew us away was the service, when we arrived for breakfast, a staff member spotted us from afar and rushed over to open the door for us. Such a thoughtful touch! We would happily stay here again.
