Room was full of bugs. Mainly ants with some earwigs and mosquitoes. AC didn’t function, room was hot even with it being 57 degrees outside. Room smelled old and moldy.

This hotel is beautiful. They have heated pools which my son loved, They have a shuttle to SeaWorld for a fee. The onsite Restaurant was delicious 😋. The customer service was one of the best in a while. We will definitely come back soon.

The room was large and comfortable and the facilities were good. However although the hotel resort charged us the correct room rate and tax, I wasn’t expecting the additional $20 per night “resort fee” nor the $35 per night for parking. A total of $55 per night extra makes the room rate not such good value.

Housekeeping staff is exemplary. Very friendly yet professional and discreet. Clean rooms. Of course the views are unrivaled, Sea World fireworks on full display. The grounds are tropical, fantastic pools. Very well maintained property.

I would like to take a moment to recognize the wonderful staff members who made our recent stay so special. From the moment we walked through the door, the lady who checked us in was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and welcoming that she instantly made me smile. We stay at this hotel often, but this was the first time someone made us feel this genuinely welcomed. Her positive energy truly set the tone for our entire vacation. She made such a lasting impression, and I sincerely hope she is recognized for the exceptional service she provides. I also want to recognize the gentleman working at the Fire Fly bar. My husband shared how helpful and kind he was. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped him understand exactly what he was looking for. He was there both days we visited and was consistently excellent. Both of these team members went above and beyond, and they truly made our experience memorable. Thank you for having such outstanding staff. Cleaning staff as well, that help pick your room the following day. Thank you all so much. We love staying at this hotel.

The room was smaller than the pictures showed and needed to be cleaned. The walls are also incredibly thin. I could hear the neighbors talking all night and the heavy footed person staying in the room above us.

I was charged a last minute undisclosed mandatory $20 per day resort fee which was essentially just a way to increase the room price. They do give you 2 tickets toward free drinks with that fee, but I'd really rather just pay for the drinks. I didn't get access to any special resort amenities for having paid the resort fee.

Front desk was very helpful. Dinner server was extremely accommodating. Breakfast was not $20 (as stated online prior to purchasing), it is a 10% discount at the Firefly restaurant. Nice pools, bay suites were worth the stay while the garden rooms were dated.
