This is a good hotel in a superb spot next to the cathedral and palace in this pretty town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good breakfast buffet.

Have stayed in hotel before. In 2001 spent 4 months here. In 2006 again.
Hotel condition and layout still very well maintained.
Found staff (mostly trainees) under pressure and not very customer friendly. Assume it has to do with management style.

This hotel is AMAZING ! My room was spotlessly clean - with LOTS of space and facilities - actually beeing way better than many five-star hotels I have stayed in (no names mentioned). The staff was really friendly and service-minded and the breakfast was excellent. And parking was real easy in a cellar with direct lift-access to the reception and the rooms. What more can You ask for ?
