    Very nice hotel resort. Pools are lovely. The resort as well kept. Felt like we were in Eden just all around Good experience.

    Our girls' trip stay was fine since the place is clean, but the hidden costs really soured the experience. A $50 resort fee is a lot when there isn't much to do on-site, plus having to pay $32 for valet parking felt like overkill.

    I have stayed here many times. It’s a great option to be much more expensive hotels closer to downtown Key West or Duval Street. The rooms are comfortable as are the beds. Most rooms having a nice terrace and or backyard with beach, sand, lounge, chairs, and hammocks . The furniture has seen better days. I think it’s time for new dressers and night stands. Also, a lot of of the chrome hardware in the bathrooms are beginning to show heavy signs of rust. All in all a great place to stay.

    I am heartbroken to write this. The resort and accomodations themselves were simply lovely. It’s sade to see such a beautigul property so mismanaged. Here are the bullet points: Immediately upon attempting to check, the crap show started. I questioned my total balance because it was too high. And requested a line item of the charges. She literally could not comprehend the question. For 20 straight minutes she kept repeating the balance until the GM was called. It turns out, the questionable overcharge was a $51/day undisclosed resort fee. Next up, housekeeping: call me picky but I expect fresh towels and toilet paper. They couldnt pull it off. And I don’t appreciate housekeeping barging into my a 9 am without knocking. Avoid the food truck! I attempted to order a sandwhich and espresso. total $18. Unfortunately, the cash drawer was empty and she couldnt make change. I was given the option of paying a 5% CC surcharge or walking myself to Walgreens for change! Lol The only bright spot was the Valet team. ( valet ismandatory). I had planned on tipping them well until check out when the Resort added another $30/day Valet charge. I booked 2 nights at $320/ night and my bill was almost $900.
