We were most impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities. Sunday night local restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurant so the bar was swamped. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed. Suggest you open the restaurant or extend the eating area in the bar on Sunday and put on more staff. To save on plastic and card packaging suggest you do not put plastic combs and razors in the room but put a sign saying toiletry items are available on request.

Great hotel, very modern and spacious, not far from all attractions (15min by taxi).

Breakfast good. Pool doesn’t open until 11.
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Shuttle to and from the Metro is definitely necessary but a nice touch and runs every 10/15 mins
