The Courtyard Marriott in Fairfax had everything I needed for my short visit. Staff was kind and courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the lounge when family came to hang out. Room had what I needed, was spacious and clean and comfortable. My only concerns were:
1. AC is only controlled by standalone unit and turns on and off which can be disruptive.
2. Toilet may have needed some maintenance.
Standard stuff really. They were also very busy that weekend. But overall great and would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

Great family friendly hotel. Parking was easy and safe. Additional small charge for second car which was okay! The room was clean and bed so comfy!
