    Travelled to Denver with a small group of friends to go to a football game and we felt you didn't even need to leave the hotel. Rooms were nice, snug and cozy. The hotel bar and restaurant was superb. The staff were tremendous, friendly, kind. Would certainly stay again!

    Check-in and Check-out was easy. My stay was five nights from 4-9 July. Price Avoid this hotel. Besides paying $1183.45 online, at the checkin staff member told us we had to pay additional $25 + Tax for each night for our stay. This was not mentioned any where other than being told at the front desk. We would have found a similar hotel at a lower price. Staff Front desk staff attitude and behaviour similar to that they are doing a favour to the guests (not their job). No courtesy at all. I think they need to realise they are in hospitality industry. They are in terrible need of training. We requested front desk to get house keeping for our room twice but seem like request went over their heads. My wife had to go to front desk to get towels. You have to request something at least twice (bare minimum) to get something done. Cleanliness House keeping doesn’t happen daily despite it says on the website. Average cleanliness. You would think for a four star hotel you would get better service. Dirty spots in the bathroom. Facilities Not great for the price. Room is very small. Definitely not suitable for a family with one child. Paint coming off the roof. Overall My fault for not reading the reviews. Avoid the hotel at all costs. Certainly won’t be back.
