Ease of access to the parks by boat is a big plus

I loved everything about this hotel except that room service was limited to breakfast and dinner. If you wanted to grab lunch you had to go downstairs. That is my only complaint.

An exceptionally great hotel, very clean, well maintained, very friendly and helpful personell. The location is fantastic. Should we return to Disney, this is the only hotel we would consider.
