No remote for tv and had to get the staff to come open the door every time I stepped out

* we did not get the hot water. I called the front desk. He said he will come in 15 mins and did not come atall. Called again and he said he is busy and I need to pull the tap out and wait for 15 mins after turned on the water. No hot water still. Took cold shower twice :(
2. They hire people who cannot speak one sentence correct English and we could not understand what he is saying at all. He has some bindi on this forehead. Not sure why the hotel hired people who do not know English for the front desk.
3. The floor was not cleaned well. It had lot of dust and debris. We had to wear sock or slipper everytime as it was very bad floor.
4. Our room chair had fresh stains and too many old stains and it sticks. We did not even sit or put cloths on the chair. Why is chair not cleaned or thrown out of the room.
5. We were in the weekend during Mardi Gras weekend. Everyone knows that people sleep late. But the breakfast buffet is from 6-9 am it should be from 7-10 am at least.
6. Bad customer service. Breakfast bread is white, no microwave in the breakfast room, the coffee cups are thermocoal cups which are bad for the health. We need at least paper cups for coffee please
