    Great place and best place to relax. Clean and great. Needs on work on the internet connection and speed. For a great hotel like Hilton it is unexpected to have internet with 5mbps and disconnection.

    Stayed at this hotel before a couple years ago. Thought I’d give him another try last time. The boiler broke down. We had no heat and no hot water. This time checked into a room rather late check-in because my husband was in the hospital across the street and the room smelled like smoke. They told me they were full found that hard to believe on a Wednesday night they offered to come up and spray some chemicals around midnight are also put in an ozone machine. They changed my room the second night, which was better. The parking lot security gate was broken the coffee maker in the room someone in advertently put coffee grounds in the water bin. Front desk had a lackadaisical attitude except one employee she was very friendly manager overheard the whole conversation the night before and just kind of looked away. Damaged door in the parking garage on the third level leading to the foyer. Wi-Fi was sketchy at best the first night I could not get on the system when I moved to the second room I received the Wi-Fi. Attention to detail just was not there.
