They come in your room when you’re not in it even though you ask them not to and when you ask for room service they don’t come when you ask for it and they all family here so if you complain bout it they call the cops and band you from the hotel now I lost my AirPod and I ask for them to not come if they couldn’t clean my room at 12:30 but they wait till me and my husband went to work for them to come to the room some times you have to wait for a week to three weeks before room service come to you’re room I realize that my draws was search because they didn’t punch the draw all the way I went to the office and ask why they clean the room while I wasn’t home and he called the house keeper instead of the owner and she said I had an attitude but thank god my husband was here and the camera was available for proof the house keeping lady is mean as shit and a lot of people complain bout her but no one do anything bout her cause she’s family

Rooms reek of mold and mildew pull bed cover back, and it was full of food. Dried blood, mold. Complain to staff by the name of George and he immediately became aggressive and asked me to leave.
