A luxury clean hotel on the corniche.has its own beach and pool area. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Internet access was perfect. Many food options on the main road from the hotel. Ideal for all.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Mahdi and Loksman who gave us nothing but fantastic service. They were very accommodating and honestly made out trip so good! The only issue I had was that the swimming pool was too warm and so when it is 47 degrees, you would want to ideally hop into a cold pool, but instead the pool was so warm that it kinda' make us feel lightheaded. Otherwise, the service was incredible.

I brought my food in & just relaxed. The balcony was small but I went out to see other parts of the city. Check out the World Trade Center. It’s smaller than the other bigger malls but you’ll be surprised to find some great practical items.

My business trip dates changed due to my boss's schedule and the hotel was non-responsive in allowing me to change my dates even though I contacted them about it a week in advance. I ended up paying for the entire stay even though I wasn't staying there. This is no way to take care of guests.

We stayed 3D2N at the Sheraton. We arrived very late on the 1st night, got arranged to a room which we think might have been one of the worst rooms of this hotel. It was on 1st floor, facing the chimney of the G/F restaurant, next to the 1st floor public toilets. We could hear musics playing from the lobby. The reception got us another better room subsequently and it was much better. The sofa was a bit dirty, could still see hairs left behind. The shower water leaked through thr shower door, making the floor wet. Other than these issues, the room was okay. Pool was nice and had a private beach to it too. However, the ocean view was heavily blocked by a new high-rise building right in front of the hotel.

I had high expectations for the Sheraton Corniche, but unfortunately, the stay fell short. The upkeep of the room was low quality—our refrigerator didn’t work, and despite calling maintenance, they came but didn’t fix it. The steam room was also out of order, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the gym facilities were well maintained, and the pool and beach area were nice. However, the view was marred by a dusty, abandoned high-rise nearby. Another downside was the location—all nearby restaurants were at least a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast was the highlight, with many delicious options and excellent, kind service. Still, the overall experience didn’t justify the price, and the lack of attention to room maintenance was disappointing.

We stayed at the Sheraton for 4 nights - good location on the Corniche, rooms are an okay size but city view would not recommend if you're planning to stay in hotel. Pools are great, housekeeping brilliant also and overall OK value for money. However, food options and service from restaurant staff lets this 5* hotel down - we were left waiting for over an hour and a half for my young daughters food at B Lounge because they got the order wrong. Service at La Bistrot also not good. Better communication is needed.

Really enjoyed our stay here over New Years. We had a suite which was lovely and spacious with sea view. The building itself is older in style but the interiors are modern. Staff excellent especially the concierge and staff at B Lounge. Breakfast busy but they get you in quick enough. Location is OK. You will be getting cabs most places but these are readily available inc Uber. One slight issue, the property is slightly scruffy in places. For example on beach under kids club there was rubbish piled up. Also looks like the property is being painted but isn’t finished. Few small details.

Average maybe above average hotel for a well Known brand. In Abu Dhabi you have to step up your game if you want to compete with good hotels. The biggest issue here is that the property needs maintenance. It’s not bad, but definitely can improve.
