We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Sheraton Hotel & Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable which is perfect for a relaxing family stay. What made our visit extra special was the surprise anniversary cake prepared for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made us feel celebrated. Our baby also had the best time enjoying the beach and the pool! It was clean, well-maintained, and very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for great service, clean facilities, and a memorable stay. Thank you for making our holiday extra special! 💖✨

Bad experience from check in which take too long , room is very small , dinner at flavor hospital was terrible, breakfast was ok Of course will not try it again

We booked the hotel included breakfast and bathtub at the room . The first room the reception showed me was not clean at all , had a awful view , looked like a dark dungeon without a bathtub. After complaining they showed me another room was was actually the same story. Meanwhile the fire alarm was ringing and the police was called by one of the families who checked in and we're definitely not happy. I had a birthday party to attend and reached back after 6 hours . Meanwhile the reception arranged another room with pool view and some cleanliness. Next day i had breakfast but even this was a disappointment, most dishes were not sufficient hot . Down the line i got a 3 hours late check out as a "reward ". Even it was appreciated but definitely will never book this hotel again, not a 5 star rating at all.
