    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is truly beautiful, with lots of greenery and nature all around, which makes it feel very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are not very large, but they are comfortable and, most importantly, very clean. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning at first, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They moved us to a larger, more comfortable room and even provided us with a complimentary lunch coupon for the inconvenience. That level of care made us feel truly valued as guests. I stayed here with my daughter, and we felt very safe the entire time. The area is quiet and calm, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also delicious, and overall we were very satisfied. This is a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

    I chose The Founders Inn and Spa because of the outstanding reviews and 4 stars but it was disappointing. The staff were all excellent and went above and beyond but the cleanliness was a little lacking, some of the digital communications were incomplete, and the streaming on the TV broke up and I had a green screen most of the time. I was only there for one night so I didn't complain. For instance, the QR code that goes to the room service menu did not indicate that there's a limited menu from 9 pm to 11 pm but thankfully, I knew so I called the dining extension and placed my order when I arrived at the hotel at around 9 pm.
