    Institute was very clean and very cold. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great access to the streetcar.

    Great for a couple of nights. A little outdated. Rooms could use some updating and freshening up but if you are looking for a place close to the Plaza it's not bad. You are actually in walking distance but there is also a shuttle. They have a parking garage with ample parking. Would I stay again maybe if the price is right.
