    Very pleasant stay - thank you. Everything was very good, friendly staff, good breakfast, pleasant common areas to sit. The slippery shower- bath was a bit of a hazard.

    The hotel was welcoming. I loved the lobby with all it's nooks. My room was air-conditioned and cozy. I would stay here again.

    Location of hotel is good, in town centre and close to attractions and shopping. Staff at front desk was very pushy and unskillful. She requested us to confirm right away whether breakfast is required, otherwise we need to pay $2 more each person. As we just arrived, I asked if I could check my schedules and confirm a little later, she bluntly turned down if I think can be handled nicely even if it is the hotel rule. The house keeping service was not up to standard, twice had the housekeeping staff had opened the room window but did not close them after the cleaning. The cabinet table for putting the coffee machine and cups were left wet and uncleaned. They also did not replenish water and sufficient towels for use.
