    The Hotel staff where welcoming and friendly , room was spectacular and an overall enjoyable and comfortable experience

    Our one bedroom suite overlooked the marina and provided some wonderful sunrises. The hotel was ideally located close to restaurants and many boating activities to the reef. While the rooms are a bit dated they are clean, comfy and well serviced. We would be happy to return on a future trip to Cairns.

    Great location but was expecting better for a Shangri la named hotel. A little dated in some areas of the hotel and in and around the pool. The pool decking was rotting in places. Would stay there again but wouldn’t overpay.
