Had another nice stay at the Casa Grande. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Always appreciate the breakfast included. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again when we want to be in the Pismo Beach area.

The air conditioner did not work at all. I cleaned the vent screens which were packed with dust and dirt. Our room stayed at 77-78°. I asked to be moved to another room, was told no other room avaliable. Finally, we were given keys to a smaller . This place was horrible. room

The key card door entry was a little tricky and our keys were deactivated an hour and a half before checkout but other than that it was a great stay. Only one night but I would stay again.

Staff was very good I asked for a top floor, not close to elevators, stairs I was given top floor and no elevators, but right next to a heavily used side entry/exit. This door slammed every time used. Very loud. Ruined my stay Door closer is not adjusted correctly. Fix it

Hotel is older but very clean and cozy. Very comfortable beds. Full breakfast is a huge plus. There are 2 different breakfast rooms. Will always come back to this hotel. Very easy drive to beach and pier.

Bed bug on mattress. Check your beds at ALL hotels!!!!! Trust me - not something you want to take home. The hotel and room looked decent. But unfortunately, when checking under the mattress - there was a bed bug on the bed skirt - didn’t even have to lift the mattress.

I enjoyed the look inside of hotel. Very comfortable. The bathroom was nice having a cabinet for storage. The soap dispensers in the shower were very cool to use. Outside was green and friendly. The pool area was somewhat hidden for privacy. I would book it again!

The hotel was amazing, the dining room was huge and had on-site meals which were amazing the room was modern and clean and I could work and relax. I will definitely be staying there every time I come through the area on business.
