Fantastic venue cannot have a better location with a very warming professional staff. Check in was seamless. And even extend extending was a Breeze. Actually better than breeze cause I got upgraded. Definitely it added value to my stay. Definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here our last two days in PR. We stayed in 3 other 1 star hotels as our budget was tight. This one claims to be 3 star but price was same as 1 star. Felt very safe. Nice staff in front. We had basic full bed room with private bath. We had windows in our room which was a must. Fan and AC were nice. We had a tv shared kitchen space provided. No breakfast. The shared fridge was a mini fridge that didn’t seem to be working. Ice was available. Mostly clean but kept my shoes on. Mosquitos got in the room and the toilet was leaking. Bed and sheets seemed clean. Closet space available. The hotel was very cute. We enjoyed the art work. Would stay here again.

When we got to check in they said they oversold the hotel and had no rooms for us. So they could only accomodate us on their sister property. Which was blocks away and still under construction. When we got there with no other choice the property looked like a whole work in progress and the room carpet was soaking wet. Floors were stained and full of concrete. The worst part was that at 5am a crazy drunk guest that was staying on the same hallway started banging on everyones doors to ask for help because she had lost her phone. Waking us up and continuing to bang on the door so we would open for her. I called the main property and they just said oh wow and did absolutely NOTHING. Very disappointed.
