He called us to find out what time we were checking in and said he’d only be in the office and to call when we arrived. When we arrived we called but he was there and the door was unlocked. It was a little weird. Then when we arrived they had a ring camera on the counter that was on the whole time pointing at me and some guy was talking in indian to the worker the whole time. They also didn’t have breakfast “due to seasonal” this was the reason be booked here in the first place. We were the only guests for the entire place.

Very good and basic room. Great location, located right off the peninsula from Cedar Point. Staff was wonderful at check-in and the breakfast lady was excellent. She was on top of filling items back up. Room was a little underwhelming- for the price paid, I would recommend paying $50 more for a cedar point chain hotel.

The front desk staff was very helpful—she provided breakfast recommendations, taxi service handouts, and free water bottles. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. Our room had a surprising step down, an unlocked adjoining door, low shower pressure, lukewarm water the first night, and missing towels after cleaning. We chose this hotel for its low price and proximity to Cedar Point, and it seems we got what we paid for.

For the price, this hotel was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful, all spaces were clean and well maintained. Rooms and beds were comfortable with good pillows. Continental breakfast was well stocked and good quality. This was a perfect spot for us, and so close to Cedar point. We will stay again next year! Thank you to the staff!

Great place for the money. Only complaint would be that the walls seem to be paper thin and when our neighbors got back from the bar at 1am and turned on the tv we could hear every word. They were watching big bang theory.

We stayed here for 3 nights for Cedar Point. Short drive to the park. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. We did utilize housekeepjng each day as we traveled with todlers. House keeping was great. Breakfast was ok. Loved the pancake machine. Kids had a blast swiming in the pool. It was just what we needed as we didnt apend much time in the room.

It was what you would expect for the price. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The walls were thin and the beds are full size, not queen (I didn't pay close enough attention and was surprised how small the bed and room were). The bathroom was in good condition and the water was hot. It is really close to the causeway to Cedar Point so that was a huge bonus. I would stay again.

It was really clean. Also, it seemed as that he have renovated the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and it was in a quiet area. Great place if you need somewhere to sleep after going to a long day at Cedar point.

The rooms, property and pool are definitly not as picured. The beds can not possibly be double beds, they look more like slightly over sized twins, there was a connecting door and im pretty sure itt was just one sungle door and very thin. It sounded like someone was in the room with us yelling in Spanish. I dont know how they can have good reviews. Terrible up keep. We were exhusted at 10:30 and couldnt wait to get settled but we walked in and immediatly turned around and left. I didnt even care if I got my money back or not i was not going to stay there. I did not feel safe. The front desk gentleman was incredinly kind though. They did refund me.

The location was fantastic for cedar point. For the price this is a great stay. The breakfast was pretty good, staff very friendly and helpful. They are clearly trying to improve upon a motel that was in bad shape. Some of it is good and some is lipstick on a pig. The shower leaked and kept the floor wet. The a/c pumped hard but was less than 12" from whomever was sleeping next to it, so it on/off blew on that person but the others didnt get much ac... i found that if i kept the thick blanket next to me, it could help block it so i could sleep.

Look, the staff is amazingly nice. Really they are. But we saw how they were cleaning today as we were gonna check in and for me it’s a no go. Before we went in the front we drove back by the pool where a man and woman were having seggs in the middle of the day in a very public pool!! My kids saw this.. not cool.

This place is very dirty!! My granddaughters walked in the room and took off their shoes and their feet were black from the carpet within 10 minutes. The smells in the bathroom are nasty and the beds are dirty. Had to go purchase our own pillows and sheets. We stayed two days and asked for housekeeping and the front desk said it would be cleaned by the time we got back from the water park that day. Everything was the same: dirty carpet, unmade beds. The TV didn’t work either. Asked to change rooms but they were fully booked. I trusted the reviews and the individuals must have been joking and purposely wanting families to get the worse hotel experience. Ruined our family vacation. If you book by reviews, take this one seriously. No new renovation, pure lies.
