    Room was nice but needed plumbing repairs. Offered to move me downstairs (I'm disabled.( Nice property & location.

    The staff exceeded expectations. They were very helpful for being extremely short staffed. The jacuzzi looked yellow at the bottom and the jets did not work. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was awful. They ran out of yogurt on day 1, cranberry and apple juice on day 2, and day 3 and 4 there was only orange juice. Muffins, bagels and English muffins were prepackaged in cellophane and there was no cream cheese, only grape jelly. There was a waffle maker that took 2 1/2 minutes per waffle and only 1 machine for a sold out hotel! Other than that you got sugared cereal. The coffee was a liquid and water mix and had brown foamy bubbles on it after dispensing and did not taste good. The wall behind the coffee machine was sitting in a puddle of coffee and the wallboard was absorbing it. This was a totally unacceptable breakfast selection. The room outside where the ice dispenser and laundry was situated had large sections of wallboard falling off the wall and the sheets of board were crumbled on the floor. It was wet and smelled very moldy. In the lobby, the restrooms had no hand soap or toweling. There were also wallboard issues here. The pillows in the bedrooms were like rocks. Wow…other than that it was fine. I would not recommend staying at this location to anyone. I had always associated best western as a good place to stay.

    My husband and I were traveling to Phoenix to attend his 50th high school reunion for Thunderbird High School. We sure lucked out with SureStay InnSuites Phoenix Hotal & Suites by Best Western. The price was nice and the location spot on. The reunion was held within walking distance at Aunt Chilada's. We were impressed by how clean the room was. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast the following morning and it was delicious. Thank you Yvette for your hospitality!

    Staff were amazing. However, lots of things went wrong with our room. The toilet wouldn't flush which led to an upgrade to a suite room. However, the room was missing a telephone and the remote for tv was not working. Also, the internet only worked in some areas of the room but was weak overall. I could not recommend this hotel unfortunately.
