    Nice hotel with good food and amenities.

    No complains. The staff and security were pleasant and accommodating. It's kinda far from downtown if seeking entertainment/dining there. Food was pretty good at the bar. Pool area was clean, but being indoors and having a interior balcony it got a little noisy with kids around.

    very nice rooms and restaurant food. sadly, as a seemingly good restaurant for business the restaurant music is quite loud and not conducive to talk at dinner. they should lower it. it's not a nightclub. food is above average. staff is mostly very good although there is some disinterested staff but not still do their job.

    I stayed at this hotel for six days on the seventh day when I went to book third-party like I had been doing. They called me at 11:00 AM and told me that I had an hour to pack up all my belongings and check out and not give me a reason why so when I call Down and ask, why is the reason I have to check out after I made my reservation last night and already paid for they told me that they had a noise complaint well the rumors and was very close to the staff room and I had not heard noises all week long knocking banging so on someone had a call to make a complaint. No, I forget my hotel noise is gonna happen so at this point, I tell them I need to get my money back a refund because if you’re asking me to leave, I need my money back. They tell me that they’re not responsible for that and they need to get up with the third body. They told me I had 10 minutes to leave Therefore, I proceeded to pack my belongings then shift change a second shift kid came out and called in my room and said hey I see you made a reservation reservations and I said yeah but I have to leave because now you can stay if you wanna stay you’re welcome come down and make a deposit. OK sure I go down and make a deposit talk to the kid and everything seems cool. I go upstairs proceeds to unpack my belongings for 20 minutes and then bank they call again and say no I have to leave. What is this shit show what’s going on here at the Woburn Hilton? I don’t know, but the staff is so ridiculous. They need to all be taken into consideration for termination or training on how to train staff how to treat customers when you’re working with customer service type of work I would never recommend this for anybody. This is the worst place ever.
