Kids love the indoor pool slides. I was injured during this stay and needed the elevator to get to 2nd floor of the pool area. But the elevator was not working. Hotel staff were kind, gave us an accessible room, as I was in a wheelchair.

We come to the hotel once a year because of the waterpark little kids love it! Breakfast is also really great and a reasonable price! While the hotel needs upgraded You can't beat the price and the amenities.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Location wise, it was good. Close to the airport. The pool was amazing for kids. The only thing I would suggest to make it better is by not allowing guests soaking in water walking at the front desk. It gets slippery at the reception area because of that. Might be a safety hazard. Also, bottled water is not provided in the room which wouldve been a nice gesture if they have coffee maker prepared.

First, front desk gave me a hard time upon checking in saying our booking in Agoda is different from what's in their system. Telling me, that's the pros in booking thru a third party and not directly in the hotel. Say what? I dont usually book directly in the hotel because honestly speaking, they are more expensive. Never once did I have a problem checking in on our previous travels in and out of Canada. Second, you will need a ladder to climb into the bed. If you plan on using the sofa bed, which we did..it's all spring without cushion and so noisy everytime you move. I love the bath towels though. The most important reason why I booked here is the pool/Waterpark for my kids to enjoy. There's a time limit for that. 1 hour. Yes you can register for another hour only IF its not full. In our case, its full so yes 1 quick hour of fun for kids so thats it. No I dont recommend and will not be coming back here anymore. Breakfast is good and attendants are nice.
