The room was big everything was great except the bathroom sink and the toilet, the water doesn’t empty out very quick, it gets stuck at times. I didn’t like that, also the tv wasn’t a smart tv didn’t have Netflix or anything. Lame tv.

Not an airport hotel. Located in middle of nowhere. To a Canadian, Crowne Plaza is a known brand. This was not.

This was a nice place to stay. Close walk to the train platform, a small area of frankfurt. It has some really good Asian cuisine right out the door. Hotel was very nice. Staff at check in and check out were very nice. Simon working the lounge in the evenings was amazing. Always joking, having fun with the people and making sure you will like any drink he offers you. He was one of the best bartenders we had on our trip. I would say the best bartender in Frankfurt. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was very near to the airport as well as the Waldenarena. You can easily walk to the arena, which was appreciated as it was easy to get to the hotel after events. Only negative was that the room was very dusty, but that was a very very very little minus to an otherwise excellent stay.

There is no option to check in early. They don't have the room properly stocked. The bed is very uncomfortable. The balcony is full of bird poop. It was a very underwhelming stay.

Parking is convenient in an underground garage, although you have to pay for it. The food offerings in the restaurant for dinner time is very limited, although the people working in the restaurant and the bar area were very, very helpful. There isn’t an airport shuttle, which would be convenient.

Very smooth checkin friendly staff and quiet location. Two Asian restaurants within walking distance and parking €20 right across the parking lot. 10min drive to Frankfurt airport making a perfect location to spend the night before a flight.

It was a nice hotel did what I needed it for there is the tram right across the street from the entrance to take you into the main parts. Staff were very helpful and polite.
