Despite some adverse conditions related to circumstances beyond their control, the property and rooms were very clean (as per usual as I’ve stayed there several times) and the staff (particularly the manager) were very responsive to my concerns when raised. Good value for the rate for sure.

Basic hotel with no issues. Beds are comfortable, place is clean. Breakfast downgraded from last visit though. No eggs or other protein as advertised. Good place to stay if not expecting the ritz…

You get what you paid for. It's located right next to a major road so it's easy to get around the Ithaca area. You get free coffee, hot water, and tea 24/7 in the common cafeteria area where they also serve free breakfast. However, the food was just okay because they didn't have a lot of food or seating. My only complaint was the air conditioning vent was blasting right next to my bed which I couldn't move or turn off because it was really hot outside. It can be somewhat uncomfortable for those looking to book a room with two double beds, as the vents are located next to the windows where some beds can be placed next to.
